We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reasons you are not happy with the items you have received, we ask you to please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, before returning any merchandise.
We will credit your original payment method within 2 weeks, once we have received the product back.
In case you want to return any product, you have 2 weeks to do so, starting on the day you have received the goods. The return shipping cost must be covered by you, except on the case where the product received was not the product you ordered, or that the product is defective. All returned products have to be unused and in its original package. If the products returned or the package is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. We recommend you send returns by insured parcel. Please repack the products carefully, if we receive broken items, you will have to do the reclaim with the forwarding agency. When the product is not as described or defective, we will refund you the original shipping cost; however not when the product is simply unwanted.
Items that cannot be returned are those custom made for the client, and for hygenic reasons, clothing nor jewelry.
If you have purchased the items from Switzerland, there is no revocation possible. All returns or exchange shipments have to be paid by the customer.
