Generally all products can be picked up at our store for free. However, when you want your packet sent to you, we send them as insured packet via the Austrian Post. Except in the case of large items (furniture, chimeneas, silla Acapulco), which we send by Spedition.
Shipping time is usually between 3 to 5 working days; for large items, it is usually 5 to 7 working days.
We send packages both in Austria, as well as to the European Union. Please note that the delivery costs for each are different, and not included in the product price.
The costs for shipping are calculated based on the weight and/or size of the items ordered, and will be calculated by the system on the checkout process. However, there will be only one charge per order. When the order includes a large item, the whole order will be delivered by Spedition.
Please be aware that some products have small parts sticking out, that can break under pressure; so we ask you to open the packages carefully.
All shipping takes place the next business day after the payment has been confirmed. And we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and information.
